Godzilla 1975 - from Toy's Dream Project Set (Bandai, 2006)
This very first Bandai release of Godzilla 1975 from Terror of Mechagdozilla was part of the 50th Anniversary Memorial Box in 2005 - but only a year later, it was re-released with a slightly different paint scheme as part of the Toys Dream Project set with Titanosaurus. This item is from that set. It stands 6.5" tall and is a dark gray with some splashes of dark green. 
 
Figure is loose. No tag or box.
